Monoscenes for Better Improv
Using long form monoscenes to really dive into characters and relationship to improve all forms of performance improv. This workshop will develop the communication needed to make strong scene work.
A monoscene is a longform scene where the performers each play a single character in a single location with no time jumps or location jumps. It is an exploration of two characters in a discreet amount of time in a single location. Often running 30 minutes to an hour it is a chance to delve deeply into your characters and scene work.
This class requires previous Improv experience.
The class is taught by Daniel Bush
A veteran Improviser with decades of experience, a theater perform who has appeared onstage in numerous productions, and a past performer in Down the Rabbit Hole, a long running monoscene Improv show.
